Catangasite crystal (CTGS)

Catangasite - Calcium Tantalum Gallium Silicate, is a crystal of a langasite group family, having 32-point symmetry group. Chemical formula: Ca3TaGa3Si2O14. Method for the production - the Czochralski method. It has good chemical stability and excellent temperature characteristics. Catangasite has two the steadiest cuts with Euler angles (0°,90°,0°) and (0°,90°,40°). Catangasite used for BAW high-temperature products (500°C). It can also be used in high-temperature (>700°C) sensors of physical quantities.
