LGT

Langatate crystal (LGT)

Langatate - Lanthanum Gallium Tantalate is a crystal with the structure of calcium-gallogermanate, point symmetry group -32, chemical formula: La3Ga5,5Ta0,5O14, method for the production - the Czochralski method. Langatate is a piezoelectric crystal, which has no hysteresis, pyroelectric and ferroelectric effects. LGT is not hygroscopic, and the temperature stability of piezoelectric coefficients allows to produce sensitive elements from it for high-temperature sensors of physical quantities on a direct piezoelectric effect.
